RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your Atelier Réminiscence order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us at atelierreminiscence@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly produced, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
RETURNS
Because our pieces are made to order, returns must be approved before being sent back.
To be eligible for an approved return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
Please contact atelierreminiscence@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
CHANGE OF MIND & SIZING
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot guarantee returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that were correctly produced and delivered as ordered.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product's size guide before placing your order.
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns unrelated to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, contact us before taking any further action.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method and in the original purchase currency.
Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
If you need to cancel your order, contact atelierreminiscence@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact atelierreminiscence@gmail.com with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment and delivery partners and provide an appropriate resolution.
